WOWAll I can say is 2006 was a very good year for Winter Sky. The lamb crop this year sired by Winter Sky Sandstone, Winter Sky Tennyson, Winter Sky Pound Sterling, Winter Sky Taxman and V Creek Silver exhibits the best of Shetland in terms of vigor, fine fiber, gorgeous colors and outgoing personalities. I did get a number of rams and culled down to just a few of the best to retain for evaluation this fall. The rest have already been wethered and will be available to fiber enthusiasts and/or sold for meat when the grazing season ends.
